SDG 11.4.6 Pedestrian priority on campus

Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University is dedicated to creating a pedestrian-friendly campus within its 300-rai grounds at the base of Mahachai Mountain. Through its comprehensive development plans, the university emphasizes pedestrian accessibility and safety by enhancing essential infrastructure and facilities. Both interior and exterior campus spaces are thoughtfully designed and maintained to prioritize pedestrian convenience and movement. Although located 13 kilometers west of Nakhon Si Thammarat city center along Nakhon-Nopphitam Road, the university prioritizes the development of pedestrian-friendly pathways to ensure safe, easy access for students, staff, and visitors. This commitment to sustainable infrastructure includes ongoing improvements to utilities and amenities, aligning with high standards and fostering an environment that supports and encourages walking throughout the campus.
