Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University recognizes the importance of promoting sustainable commuting and reducing environmental impact. The university has implemented policies in line with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation’s guidelines to support flexible working arrangements for staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the university effectively implemented remote working systems and continues to support this work model where appropriate after the situation has improved. Additionally, the university promotes the use of teleconferencing technology to reduce travel and considers flexible work schedules for certain positions to help alleviate rush hour traffic and promote work-life balance.
