The Faculty of Science and Technology organized a workshop titled **”Prototype Smart Water Management System for Pak Phanang River Prawn Farming”** to equip prawn farmers and local fishers with knowledge to improve the quality of prawn farming by replacing traditional methods.
🌱 Goals for Sustainable Aquaculture and Water Conservation:
- Quality Improvement: Increase the value of Pak Phanang River prawn production and ensure the prawns are safe from hazardous chemicals.
- Pollution Reduction: Prevent wastewater from prawn farming from being discharged into natural water sources.
- Water Management: Conserve water and reduce the amount of raw water needed during the dry season.
