The university has the UBI-NSTRU (University Business Incubator—Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University) Center, which is responsible for promoting the transfer of research and innovation outcomes generated by the university to the business world. The center organizes activities to develop students, alumni, and interested people to be ready to become entrepreneurs. The university has the potential and readiness to bring knowledge and expertise in various fields of study, including business management and specialized knowledge in professional practice, to create careers. An example of a course is “Making Ready-to-Eat Southern Curry Paste”, which recognizes the importance of making ready-to-eat southern curry paste into a product that can be turned into a business. Therefore, a short-term vocational skills training program has been organized to increase knowledge, skills, and career approaches.

                         The university has started the “Development of Local Innovation Curriculum and Eco-Museum of the Border Patrol Police School in the Southern Region” project as a research and knowledge creation initiative. By fostering knowledge that is appropriate for the current context, this initiative endeavors to instill a variety of values in the communities of the Border Patrol Police School. This approach, based on local knowledge, expertise, and resources, tailors learning to the unique context of the Border Patrol Police School. 1) Development of the Brain Skills (EF) curriculum for early childhood children by utilizing toys made from local materials at the Border Patrol Police School in Ban Khao Wang, Ron Phibun District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; 2) Development of the local curriculum to support learning in the Thai language at the Border Patrol Police Learning Center in Ban Lang Ai Mi, Cha-uat District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; 3) Development of the Environmental Education Curriculum for Justice for People of Different Generations at the Border Patrol Police Learning Center in Ban Phaen Din Samoe, Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province; 4) Development of the Health Promotion Curriculum with Folk Games to Improve the Physical Movement Ability and Health of Students at the Santirat Pracha Bamrung Border Patrol Police School and Ban Hin Chok Border Patrol Police School. District Palian, Trang Province 5) The creation of a comprehensive STEM education curriculum for instructors at the Border Patrol Police School in the Southern Region that is informed by local wisdom and the Royal Policy of Education. 6) Developing an eco-museum to improve the educational experience at the Santirat Pracha Bamrung Border Patrol Police School in Palian District, Trang Province 7) A curriculum for parents to promote early childhood development is being developed at the Ban Huai Tong Border Patrol Police Learning Center in Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, with the local area serving as a foundation.
