Covering approximately 192 rai, the site had remained unused for a considerable period and had become derelict and overgrown. The university therefore planned to establish activities on the site with the goal of rehabilitating the degraded area for sustainable use.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#2980b9;\">Implementation Timeline<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Land preparation commenced in mid-2018, with the 4th Army Area supplying personnel and machinery support for the site development. This joint effort aimed to develop the \u201cKing\u2019s land\u201d to achieve sustainable local progress. The 401st Engineer Battalion, 4th Development Division, was tasked with developing and improving the site, including:\n  <ul>\n    <li>Construction of primary and secondary roads<\/li>\n    <li>Excavation of ponds<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#2980b9;\">Current Efforts<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Following the initial phase, the university has continued to work on the site. Current development includes a multi-purpose building designed to harmonize with the local environment, minimize ecological impact, and maximize energy efficiency.
