The university acknowledges the importance of improving personnel quality of life, recognizing staff to be a core resource for achieving the mission. Access to suitable and secure housing is a fundamental factor that directly influences work performance, well-being, and organizational commitment.<\/p>\n\n

Current Challenges<\/h2>\n

At present, a significant number of personnel must rent off-campus accommodations at costs that are high relative to their average income. Many residential areas also lack adequate security and essential facilities.<\/p>\n\n

To address the situation and provide greater life stability for its staff, the university has undertaken the construction of affordable housing.
