However, <strong>Points 4 and 5 (in January and March)<\/strong> recorded \n    DO levels below the standard due to <em>stagnant water<\/em> and the <em>decomposition of organic matter<\/em>, \n    leading to reduced oxygen levels.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h4 style=\"color:#0288d1; margin-top:20px;\">Biological Quality<\/h4>\n  <ul style=\"margin-left:25px; line-height:1.8;\">\n    <li><strong>Point 1 (Upstream area):<\/strong> Very clean water<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Point 2 (Waterfall area):<\/strong> Very clean water<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Point 3 (Near the dam inlet):<\/strong> Very clean water<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Point 4 (Downstream area):<\/strong> Clean water<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Point 5 (Phru Toei Canal):<\/strong> Polluted water<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  \n  <p>\n    The Environmental Science Program notified the <strong>Bang Khan Subdistrict Administrative Organization<\/strong> \n    of these findings to assist in assessing and improving surface water quality in the area.  \n    The results aim to support <strong>planning and development initiatives<\/strong> focused on maintaining \n    appropriate water quality standards for sustainable community use.\n
