Additionally, during the \n    <strong>Thai New Year (Songkran)<\/strong>, faculties organize merit-making and water-pouring rituals, \n    strengthening respect and bonds between colleagues.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The university also provides <strong>annual health check-ups<\/strong> in collaboration with \n    <strong>Maharaj Hospital<\/strong>, ensuring that both physical and mental health are cared for. \n    <strong>Recognition programs<\/strong> celebrate staff who achieve new academic ranks, promotions, \n    or receive awards for outstanding performance and innovation\u2014boosting morale and self-esteem.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    To sustain emotional connection, <strong>obituaries<\/strong> for faculty, staff, and their family members \n    are shared through the official <strong>LINE corporate communication channel<\/strong> as a way to express \n    solidarity and compassion.
