opacity:0.9;\">\n      Ensuring students\u2019 access to reproductive health information, education, and confidential care\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<!-- CONTENT -->\n<section style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; line-height:1.8; font-size:18px; color:#222; max-width:900px; margin:auto; padding:60px 20px; background:#fff;\">\n  \n  <p>\n    <strong>Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University<\/strong> recognizes that its responsibility extends beyond academic instruction; \n    it must also support students\u2019 <strong>holistic well-being<\/strong>, including <strong>sexual and reproductive health<\/strong>. \n    Over the past year, initiatives have focused on <strong>raising awareness<\/strong>, \n    <strong>lowering barriers<\/strong> to information and services, \n    and <strong>building confidence<\/strong> to seek help when needed.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Confidential one-on-one counseling covers <strong>contraception<\/strong>\u2014methods for calculating the safe period, \n    correct use of oral contraceptive pills, and emergency contraception\u2014serving more than <strong>100 individuals annually<\/strong>. \n    <strong>Free condoms<\/strong> are provided in discreet, easily accessible locations across campus, totaling over <strong>450 units per year<\/strong>. \n    The program also offers <strong>menstrual pain counseling<\/strong>, \n    <strong>referrals<\/strong> when appropriate, and <strong>education on menstrual hygiene<\/strong>, reaching approximately 150 students annually.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    To improve access, <strong>service hours and online consultation channels<\/strong> have been expanded, \n    enabling students to seek support <strong>after office hours and on holidays<\/strong> through anonymous online counseling. \n    Female students can conveniently obtain guidance on sexual and mental health concerns. \n    The service also supports <strong>male reproductive health issues<\/strong>, including sexually transmitted infections (STIs), \n    reaching around <strong>15 users per year<\/strong>. \n    A satisfaction survey revealed that <strong>85% of users were satisfied<\/strong> with the service received.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Through the <strong>Thanyarak Club<\/strong>, a student-led initiative under the <strong>Faculty of Public Health<\/strong> \n    and the <strong>Faculty of Science and Technology<\/strong>, \n    students participated in <strong>breast cancer self-screening activities<\/strong>. \n    The project trained <strong>260 student leaders<\/strong> to advocate and teach <strong>breast self-examination (BSE)<\/strong> \n    techniques to university staff and community members, \n    with a total of <strong>2,212 individuals screened to date<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Access to <strong>accurate information<\/strong>, \n    <strong>welcoming services<\/strong>, and an \n    <strong>open, nonjudgmental environment<\/strong> empowers students to make responsible decisions regarding their bodies and relationships. \n    Such efforts help cultivate <strong>\u201cquality citizens\u201d<\/strong> who are well-informed and capable of self-care. \n    In the long term, these services help <strong>reduce unplanned pregnancies<\/strong>, \n    <strong>limit STI transmission<\/strong>, and <strong>improve overall mental health<\/strong>, \n    thereby enhancing academic potential and the overall quality of life within the university community.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <!-- SDG Highlight -->\n  <div style=\"margin-top:40px;
