The objective of water management education is to include water-related concepts, practices, and issues in the educational programs and curriculum provided in schools. This encompasses the establishment of experiential learning opportunities, including field trips and citizen science initiatives, the enhancement of awareness via school campaigns, the provision of professional development for educators, and the implementation of interdisciplinary methodologies to link water management with overarching themes such as sustainability and community resilience.
